We have an extensive marketing tool box, and can offer two office locations, local press and media, property portals, social media, our own website as well as a database of quality ready to go buyers. Time on the phone talking to applicants is crucial at this stage, and is back to good old fashioned estate agent basics, in addition to a proactive email campaign. Once viewings have taken place we will provide you with feedback we receive including offers, which will negotiate on your behalf. Will not remove the property from the market until we are satisfied that any agreed offers are secure and the buyer is truly proceedable. We will provide regular marketing performance updates.
